1. Check Eligibility: Make sure your business fits the eligibility for Comcast RISE.
   If you are deemed ineligible you will not be able to apply.
   
   
2. After the Eligibility check, apply! You can save your application part way, and finish at a later date. Take your time to review all questions before submitting. NOTE: Once you have submitted your application, you cannot return to it.
