Description

  1. Register with SurveyMonkey Apply by clicking ‘Register’ in the top right. You will not be able to start the application process until you register.

  2. Complete the Eligibility Quiz by selecting ‘Check Eligibility’. Please note: If you are deemed ineligible you will not be able to move forward with the application process.

Start and complete your application by hitting ‘Apply’. You can save your application without submitting and finish at a later date if needed. We suggest that you take your time to review all questions before submitting.

Application Criteria

To be eligible to apply, companies must:

  • Be Latino-owned and operated (self-reported)

  • Have a for profit business, actively in business for a minimum of 1 year, with at least $1 in revenue

  • Be located within California, New York, and Texas

  • Be willing to dedicate 2 hours per month to training – 90% or better attendance required

  • Agree to use best efforts to focus and execute the guidance and learnings from the program, on your business, to help ignite growth

  • Agree to participate in surveys and data collection from time to time

  • Meet all other eligibility requirements as stated in the Program Terms
